    • Integrated Engineering launches Gen1/2 2.0T FSI/TSI port fuel injection - VW MK5, MK6 + Audi B7, B8, 8P, 8J, C7

Building a stout first or second generation VW or Audi 2.0T? Well, if going past 500 horsepower fueling limitations are no doubt on your mind and if wanting to run ethanol your fuel system woes only happen sooner. Fortunately, Integrated Engineering has a new port injection manifold.

First let's look at the intake manifold features:

      • Pre-modified to accept EV14 & EV14 compact fuel injectors
      • Power and torque gains throughout the entire rpm range
      • Fast onset boost, no loss in spool time
      • O ring seals no liquid gasket or RTV required
      • Thick wall cast construction for durability
      • Internal flow-optimized velocity stacks
      • Black powder coat finish with black anodized plenum cover
      • 100% engineered, tested, designed, cast, and machined in the USA

Now how about the fuel rail?

      • Allows for 4 additional fuel injectors on 2.0T FSI & TSI engines
      • Will accept EV14 & EV14 compact fuel injectors
      • Perfect for big-power big turbo and race engines
      • Get past the direct injection "fuel limit ceiling"
      • Adapt to existing fuel system with -6AN inlet/outlet
      • Designed & engineered to fit IE Direct Port Intake Manifold

Integrated Engineering with this manifold and fuel rail were able to fuel their MKVI Golf GTI for over 700 horsepower:

The direct port fuel rail includes brackets and hardware to mount to our manifold directly and is machined with -6AN o ring boss inlet and outlet to accept easy-to-source AN fittings to adapt your fuel system. This is the same setup we used on our in-house MK6 GTI drag project to deliver enough fuel for over 700HP!
Adding port injection is simply a necessary reality when pushing direct injected platforms due their fueling limitations.

The IE port injection kit applies to the following models:

      2.0T FSI (EA113) TRANSVERSE KIT

      • VW - MK6 Golf R (2012-2013)
