It was my car. I ran it for almost 6 months with just an upgraded FMIC before I added DPs w/HighFlow catts and an upgraded intake system. They highly recommend at least an upgraded FMIC.

I virtually beat the hell out of the car with that tune and zero issues, tracked it every week at PBIR. What helped a lot is that RENNtech is able to increase water pump speeds. So my oil temps held at 220f - 230f and ECT just below 200f in 90f ambient temps on back to back WOT runs. This is one part of their tune that has a value as no other tuner that I am aware of, other than Dinan, can remap the water pump. "

" When you click "write ECU" you choose the file and then there's a tab at the top or an advanced options button or something (don't remember exactly) with an option to force write. Might need to unplug the battery for a few minutes first, and you might have to do a normal write afterwards if the force fails/doesn't work. Force write is a good way of forcing the computer out of a state where it doesn't want to listen to you so you can try again at worst case. Used to come in handy on my K-Line often. "

A little bit, 21 psi right now. I wanted them to push a bit more but we'll keep it there as we're just testing out the new transmission and who knows what might happen.

I tend to get greedy. 27+ psi out of the gate probably isn't the smartest thing.

Well I mean there are a lot of different factors. Is it a built motor? Ported heads? Race gas? Etc.

I wouldn't think so as the cars are in different performance classes.

I would think this E55 is somewhere around 6XX whp. I'm not really entirely sure but it's a beast and I look forward to seeing how it does. "
